Manufacturing Engineer I

The manufacturing engineer directs, coordinates and exercises functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within the area of assigned responsibility. This position is a hands-on position and develops and implements optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards; recommends and implements improvements to production processes, methods and controls; coordinates manufacturing launch for new or revised products. Automation Technician
Knoxville, TN
The Automation Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, and fixing small scale automation machines. They will be required to troubleshoot low voltage DC electrical circuits and air powered components in a factory environment. May be required to assist in commissioning of new equipment and in equipment rebuilds. Requires functioning knowledge of electronics, mechanical systems, and computers. Must be able to communicate and maintain machine safety and operations protocols for machines. Hands on position that requires one to stand for long periods of time and work in close proximity to machine equipment.
IT Support Specialist

The IT Support maintains the computer networks, provides technical support, monitors, and maintains the company computer systems, installs, and configures hardware and software, and solves technical issues as they arise. This position is not eligible for a remote or hybrid classification.
Production Associate (12 hr shifts)
Knoxville, TN
Technical Response is currently running 12 hour shifts; a 2 week schedule of working 3 shifts (36 hours) one week and 4 shifts (48 hours) the next. Every other weekend off as a 3-day weekend.
The production associate position performs all tasks involved in the production of the company’s products. This includes plastics products, assembly, packing. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
